Service Area

AQMWORLD currently ships within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not ship to international locations at this time.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (UAE time) or on weekends/official holidays ship the next business day.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email and a tracking link once your package is dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (UAE)

  • Rates are variable and are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination emirate.

  • Typical delivery windows:

    • Major cities (e.g., Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah): 1–3 business days after dispatch

    • Other locations within UAE: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Transit times begin after the order has shipped.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking link is emailed upon dispatch.

  • If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact support@aqmworld.com with your order number.

Address & Delivery Instructions

  • If you entered an incorrect address, email support@aqmworld.com within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • Once an order is shipped, we cannot reroute packages. Couriers may call prior to delivery; please ensure your mobile number is correct.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or non-collection, the parcel may be returned to sender. We’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional courier charges may apply).

  • Unclaimed returns are held for 14 days and then refunded minus shipping charges.

VAT, Duties & Fees

  • UAE VAT (5%) is applied at checkout where applicable.

  • No customs duties apply for domestic UAE deliveries.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Courier delays can occur during peak periods or due to weather or access restrictions.

  • If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the package:

    1. Check with reception/security, neighbours, or building management.

    2. Wait 24 hours in case of a mis-scan.

    3. Email support@aqmworld.com so we can assist with a courier investigation.

  • Replacements/refunds for lost or stolen packages are assessed case-by-case following the courier’s findings.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, email support@aqmworld.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Restrictions (UAE)

  • Couriers may not deliver to some PO Boxes or remote locations without a full street address and contact number.

  • We do not ship items restricted by UAE law or courier policy.

Split Shipments

  • To deliver faster, multi-item orders may be shipped in separate packages at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate tracking emails.

Holiday & Sale Periods

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take 1–3 additional business days.
